About me..
My name is Felix Ogeah and I am a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer based in London.
I have always been an active individual from a young age, I participated in competitive football both professionally & semi-professionally for 9 years. Unfortunately this was cut short after two serious knee injuries. During the rehabilitation stage of my second knee injury I used this time to develop an in-depth understanding of health, fitness & nutrition. This enabled me to build a rehab programme for myself as well as to inherit the correct habits & discipline needed to achieve my overall goal. And it was this that sparked my passion to become a personal trainer and coach to change as many lives as I can through health and fitness.
I believe that with hard work, a positive mindset and consistency, you can achieve any goal. Fitness is important for our health and for our future, so it shouldn’t be something we don’t enjoy. The mind is the most important part of achieving any fitness goal. With my 8 years experience as a personal trainer & over 7000 hours of delivered 1-1 coaching , I have the ability to motivate from a mental aspect and deliver results in a fun way so that my clients feel comfortable.
